110% percent would not recommend to anyone. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I started experiencing problems the day before I moved in. Days prior I spoke with representatives from Campus walk apartments and enquired about their pet policy to see if they allowed pets. I explained that me and my girlfriend are moving 1,500 miles from Nebraska and that we would be relocating jobs. I also explained that I have several thousand dollars in my bank account to suffice for the fact that we were starting new jobs and didnt have paychecks. I also explained that me and my girl would be moving into the apartment. An hour outside of entering Tallahassee I recieced an call saying I wasnt excepted to move in when I was literally told the day before that I could. After reviewing his mistakes ( Steve / Steven ) or whatever buddies name is finally fixed his mistake he gave us the amount needed to move in and I went a retrieved it. I was sent back to the store 5 times to retrieve more money because of their errors. A few weeks passed with no incident. I went to check my mail and the keys that were given to me werent working after waiting all day for the problem to be resolved they still managed to put the lock on backwards. Every piece of mail that was sent to me including my credit card , my checks from work, my bills and other personal stuff was returned to Nebraska after I spent over 200 dollars to send everything next day. Today it March 27 Ive been trying to get it fixed all day to no avail. Tomorrow my phone will turn off because I havent received my checks the last two weeks, my car insurance is due as well and other monetary obligations. I managed to contact their corporate office only to receive poor customer service. Seems as though nothing works with them. And their office manager has been out of town all week while some goofy clown looking guy has been shrugging his shoulders with no answers. Not to mention they attempted to fix my mailbox today.
A hole if ever there was one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible, rude management. Mold issues that they blame the tenants for after giving them misinformation on how to deal with it. Roach infestation through the roof. Power always going off. Water often switched off at least once a week for hours at a time. Pool no longer an amenity as its now a dirt pile with some trees shoved in. Only good thing here is the nice leasing agents, shame their manager cant adopt their same cordial attitude but instead opts for being unwelcoming and hostile. Homeless people roam the grounds at night asking for change. The security guy drives the complex once every few days and only once a night at that. Unless you enjoy living in squalor live elsewhere.
Living here was pretty good they have nice management
Love it! Really wish they would remodel. It's spacious and pet friendly.
I Would Never Live At Campus Walk Again Y'all. They are so disrespect towards their Residents, Manager totally not friendly! She is very sum timing, she has her days when she wants to be friendly to the residents, she doesn't even like Dogs( And Campus walk is Suppose to be Pet Friendly) The Apartments are invested with roaches, There is Mold & Humdiity issues that they ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO FIX. Do NOT LIVE THERE, I promise you will end up very disappointed.
