Azalea Place Apartment community is owned and managed by Arbor Properties, Inc. Located just minutes from Governor's Square Mall, Downtown Tallahassee, and all three college campuses, Azalea Place is a great spot to call home! We are nestled into a neighborhood where it is easy to get away from the hustle and bustle of the day and relax. The community has many mature trees for optimum shade and escape from the city, while being in the center of it all! Our residents enjoy a glistening pool with giant sundeck and shaded relaxation area as well as a grilling station right off of the pool deck! You don't even have to leave the pool for dinner! :) Free WiFi is available at the pool and in the clubhouse for convenience-who doesn't like to work outside or enjoy some favorite tunes by the pool?! A 24-hour controlled access Cardio, Strength and Stretch Studio is great for actively unwinding after a long day at work or school! The recycling center and car care center are also available for use by all residents. We love furry family members of all kinds and invite all of our K-9 residents to enjoy playing off-leash in the Pooch Park, located in a shaded area of the community. Residents also enjoy a 24-hour courtesy officer on call to them and 24-hour emergency maintenance with a 1 hour response time! Resident events are also a fun part of each month! Wonderful place to live! Right from the beginning, management personnel were professional, organized, responsive, and kind. I made arrangements from Canada and everything was done before I crossed the border. My apartment was spacious and bright. The building was so quiet - I never heard anything. The best part about my apartment was the fireplace and making s'mores in the cool nights of winter. But it is the people that makes Azalea special. The maintenance professionals Alex and Hunter were incredible - any concerns were addressed within a day. The management team, especially Stephanie and Ashley, were always on top of things. I felt safe at Azalea - at home!
