What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sunrise

Love the families and friends . many different restaurant restaurants down the street and many different schools within a mile radius

Quiet neighborhood, with in walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, to some medical facilities.Mostly my family have gathering at my house

Restaraunts and other facilities are nearby. Can walk on sidewalks with my dog. Food and shopping is within walking distance. Many streetlights. 30 MPH zone.

In my neighborhood there is everything within a mile We have numerous and varied restaurants, shops and businesses. We have community centers and a clubhouse with all the amenities.

My backyard has a beautiful canal my daughter and I like walking by to see the turtles. The kids playing in the neighborhood are also very friendly.

The only thing I like about my neighborhood is its a reasonable price. The condos sell at a low price and the maintenence is relatively low.
