I don't have any complaints, staff is great, specially maintenance. If you have a maintenance problem, it will be solved as soon as you put the request. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Even though Marina del Mar does not provide security, it still feels like a very safe place. My likes and dislikes are: Staff are very friendly, building is always clean.
That is very private and not noise all the staff are excellent they satisfy all you expextecion
We'll respect is a nice place to live whit my poppy very happy to be here. The are great all is good the is more no suggestion.

My likes and dislikes about this community are: The pool area needs to be better controlled and monitored. It turns into a jungle on the weekends. I avoid going there. I have seeing people inside the pool with drinks, they have to stop it. Tables and chairs are supposed to be "where they are" and not moved around... some times 3-4 tables are dragged from one end to another to group them together and it looks really bad. What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
