Pecan Tree Apartments

As a new resident I am happy where I live, my neighbors are very quiet, the only noise you hear is from traffic since the apartments are close to main roads, but it is still relatively quiet. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves and the interactions I have had with other residents have always been nice and polite. The move-in itself was relatively easy, the property manager was quick to fix things before the move in and is always quick to respond. The apartments themselves (I live in a 2 BR 1 Bath) are small but perfect for couples or someone living on their own. From my personal experience everything was cleanish, the floor tiles definitely need a good scrubbing to take out old stains and you'll probably have to sweep, mop, and clean up the bathroom and kitchen before your move in. Some of the doors get stuck and trying to access the free direct TV is a hassle (not the properties fault, direct TV itself makes you talk to 3 different people, all of which have different schedules before you can schedule a technician to come out) the internet provider Century Link doesn't provide the best internet either, i would prefer a provider that guarantees at least 25/MBS wireless, Century Links estimate was 10/MBS. Overall, the apartments are good for people who just need a place to stay and money is an issue, for only $675 for a 2 bedroom and $725 for a 3 bedroom, the prices are a lot better than anywhere else in the area and are perfect for someone moving out for the first time as long as they aren't overly picky or don't mind taking the time to clean up the place.

I would not want to live here because the buildings are very old, the property is not very well kept or at least could be better maintained. Also,Traffic is constantly kept busy, directly in front of the entrance. If I were a tenant in one of the apartments here, It would most likely make us tenants much happier to live here, with a safe, nicely kept. swimming pool.
