What Renters Like and Dislike About South Palm Beach

The things you like most about living in my neighborhood is its peacefulness. I feel safe and happy here.

Relatively quiet. Area is growing and new shops/businesses are continuing to be attracted. Close enough to downtown with easy access if I desire to go there

I like that most people will greet you and are willing to help when asked. I like that there are local restaurants within walking distance. I like that there are several parks and sidewalks.

The people are nice. I like xalmzrt and winco because it's close by. I go to the dog park with my family sometimes.

I like that we are located across the street from a Walmart and close to nail salons and restaurants such as Starbucks.

i like going to the park with family and going out to eat and taking walks to the stores without being harmed by strangers
