Never got back with me

They were the least helpful and most unfriendly people I have ever met. I asked to see an empty unit and they seemed to not want to show one. Kept making up reasons to not show it. Said the one they would show me doesnt at all match what would be available to me whatsoever. The lady wouldnt leave her office desk which was hidden behind a corner. There was an elderly woman behind the front desk that was also clueless about availability, floor plans, and models to look at. She was getting irritated the more I asked questions and told me if I wanted to rent from them then I had to fill out an application and pay the fees before I could see a unit floor plan similar to what I would be renting. So I said if I dont like it or it doesnt work for me Im out the $$ for the application fee, she said yes. So unless you want to walk in and rent blind stay away from these useless people

No good service at all, never had sufficient staff to show the apartment or even say hi

Definitely gone down hill in last few months. Ownership has changed. Rarely anyone in office to answer questions or needs. You have to hope someone returns a phone call because office is usually empty. Common areas infested ants. Paid rent on time but some how record keeping doesnt exist so I had to take my time off work to prove they got it. Claiming I owe late fee of $225 biggest late fee ever!!!! Leaving to rent a home next month. This used to be a great little complex hopefully new management doesnt continue going off a cliff.
