These people are crooks who will make you very much regret that you allowed them to take advantage of you. They do not have anyones best interest at heart except their own. I was a resident for 10 years before new owners came in, made some improvements (which were already sorely needed)a nd then employed shady, unethical tactics to force many of us out of our homes. This was at the beginning of Covid and rent crisis turning our lives upside down with no place to go. Do yourself a favor and do not even CONSIDER them as possible housing.
