The twobedroom and amenities are very nice but the staff makes living at Timberlake even better.
The property manager Jamie has always made time for me if I have a question. My maintenance requests have been handled quickly. All the encounters I have had and all interactions have been courteous and helpful. I think this excellent customer service, and is an extension of their managment. I am very happy with my choice of aparement.

The staff, especially Laura and Jaime are excellent, proficient, professional, and courteous!!!! I give Timberlake apts a 5 star because of the staff as aforementioned; and, because of the wonderful floor plans, the grounds are so beautiful. It is very quiet, serene nice safe living. I could not ask for a better home. Thank you, Timberlake staff for all you do to make my home perfect!!!! Cindy H.

The roof leaks, there are spider and roaches, and the garbage disposal doesnt work. The apartment is somewhat rundown. They do not invest anything into the property to maintain. They have two areas. Phase 1 and phase 2. Phase one is a show piece and costs significantly more. The phase two is crap. Dont rent here.

The Timberlakes apartments, where I lived for 18 months, are absolutely an expensive nightmare (approximately $1500 for a two-bedroom apartment). The grounds are ill-kept, and the amenities are atrocious.

They gym is like a dungeon. The one universal machine they have constantly breaks down. The TV set stopped working in September, and was still not replaced by April when I left.

The pool is not heated, and is constantly under repair.

Dog dropping are all over the place, and since there are no weight or breed restrictions enforced, those dropping can be quite substantial. Management has done nothing to alleviate this problem.

But worst of all is the management. In my 18 months of misery as a resident, they went through three managers, one worse than the other. If you have a package delivered at the main office, youll never know because they will never call you.

The only way youll get anything done from maintenance is to grease the right palms. Otherwise, be ready to wait and beg to get anything repaired (I waited a month to have a broken lanai screen repaired).

Since they obviously dont screen their tenants very well (they must need the money), tenants can get away with the most annoying actions, and management just looks the other way. Be prepared for late-night disturbances, and staying home after dark isnt such a bad idea either. I know of one ground-floor tenant who has put two locks on her door, and reinforced the inside of the door jam with a metal bar. Plus, she has a police lock propped up against the inside knob when shes home.

Absurdly often, moving trucks are on the premises because the good tenants have had enough and relocate to greener pastures.

In summation, there are so many better places to live in the area, and most of them are more inexpensive. Why pay big bucks and get ripped off?

I lived here 2 years and I really like it, it's a great location, the people that work here are very nice and helpful the maintenance crew is great and get your repairs done quickly and this is a secure and safe place to live. I would highly recommended to my friends.
