Ill start off by saying when I first moved here when the place first opened, management was amazing. Morgan and the staff along side her did everything possible to fulfill needs..Fast forward to now, Im not quite sure how the new management finagled their way into being hired. I was charged for things Repeatedly and they blamed me for their mistake, completely unprofessional. I can vouch for all the new resident reviews because they are completely accurate. Not taking care of bug issues? Bug extermination is in the lease agreement but they will come up with some excuse, thats what Ive heard. The former oasis prided themselves on providing everything, theyd change your lightbulbs, fulfill requests very quickly, and take care of every complaint in a timely fashion...NOW it takes weeks to get anything done. I really have no idea how corporate can ignore the multiple reviews coming in about management. I also dont understand how the management cant look at this reviews and adjust their behavior.
As for the apartments, they look great when you first move in. However, overtime you see how of poor quality the carpets are, no matter how many times you try and clean nothing ever works. The walls in this complex are paper thin. I can hear the neighbors below me running around all day long. No breed restriction here, which means everyone who has an aggressive dog lives here. Hence why you shouldnt have German shepherds living in 1200 square feet. I will most definitely be looking at moving elsewhere and eating whatever it costs to move out of here.
Id like to first formally state that everyone I have interacted with at the front desk has been more then helpful and by no means mean anything negative toward the staff I have met thus far (over the phone).
I am beyond disappointed with still being left in the dark and I hate to say repeat what everyone else says but...(we are paying very high prices here). I have NOT ONCE gotten any response toward getting my interior space sprayed for bugs. I had to call the front desk in order to get an answer as to why myself and other residents are dealing/left in the dark with multiple bug problems. My issue is that because of things starting to reopen, our specific contractor (for spraying so I was told) is still not able to come to resident premises. At this point I would at the very least (without rent being adjusted, our facilities shut down - for which i rely on our internet in the public space for work) feel that our complex is doing their part in at least searching or other options or staff to fill these requests in this difficult time.
Becoming a level 150 Karen at 2:30 am on a Sunday night is the last thing I want to morph into. I am encountering more bugs at night when I turn lights on after Ive resorted to putting all off my food in the fridge. I am beyond upset with my experience here and how I have been treated by the previous Oasis owners since I moved here in February. I will not be recommending this community now or in the future to other potential prospects who are affiliated with me on social media or in person.
Since the new management took over, this place is horrible. The office staff are so unprofessional and extremely rude!!!!!!!!!! The new name is so stupid, and that paper sign is super cheap!! I think if they want to turn this place around they need to fire everyone in the office!!!!! as someone else said they will run this place into the ground. I will definitely be looking to live somewhere else, it is a shame because it WAS a nice place a year ago
Went downhill after the new management took over. I mean just take a look at their new front sign. I pay 2k a month and the best they can do is a paper? And trust me, if thats how little they care about their image I promise you it only get worse when you are actually paying them. It seems like a sick joke at this point.
Lived here well over a year and the new management here is terrible. Youd think after so many poor reviews corporate would do something about it or James and the others would try and improve. All the residents are saying the same exact thing. You guys are going to run this place into the ground. You should be a bit more respectful to the people who chose to pay to live here. Im not usually one to write reviews, but its wrong to tell residents to do things when its their responsibility to take care of them, Especially when its in a lease agreement. They always claim maintenance is backed up which may be true because of the poor management.
The walls are paper thin. Living on the third floor will not make a difference. We hear the dog below is constantly. There is Also no breed restriction here. Dog fights happen constantly at the dog park. Ive even seen a resident hit her dog for being entirely to aggressive and they continue to come knowing their dogs arent sociable. If you have a smaller dog, good luck. I would not recommend living here.
