Complex does not know how to maintain property and does not care about residents. My dog has contracted 2 different types of worms in the last month from the excessive amounts of dog poop all over the common grounds. Management has done nothing even though others and I have notified them. The laundry room has been down for 4 months for them to replace the floor. My apartment was taking in water during a storm 2 months ago. Management said that was normal with the large amount of rain and did nothing. Cheap appliances that keep breaking and they do quick patch jobs to fix only to have them break shortly after.

1. I have had auto payments for rent since 11/17, and still every month since then I got a hurry up and pay or get evicted (Rude) notice. you auto pay system is not working and your office still hasnt figured it out so now I have paid $600 in late fees even though I did what I was supposed to and set up auto pay and somehow you find a way to screw that up and cost me $600-$800 that I didn't need to pay.
2. We are super clean in our Apt. but somehow, we have had 2 rats in the kitchen (1 was caught) the other one has not been.
3. Since the first nano second we moved in we have had roaches. Asked for help and no one did anything, they came quickly sprayed crap that didn't work. So, I had to do it myself I spent over $100 on roach repellent and after 5 or more super annoying and gross months of having these gross insects (which mind you I have never had them in any dwelling I have ever lived in up till L'Estancia, so Thanks for that!) they were finally gone.
4. Everyone that I have met since I moved in until about late March 2018 the Front Office were entirely incompetent.
5. There is no clear seal on any of your doors or windows so you A/C bill is way more expensive than it needs to be. The Apartment does not hold comfortable temperature for very long, outside air is always getting in.
6. The complex has brown outs and power outages because it is so old and needs to be re wired. I lost power for a few seconds well over a handful of times causing not only having my $1500 Gaming PC get destroyed by the surges but I also lost a TV, soundbar and 2 network switches and yet again Lestancia could care less
7. All in all since this disgusting place had roaches when we moved in and it took so long to get them out I have now lost all my furniture (several thousands of dollar's worth) because you cant bring anything to a new place if it has been exposed to roaches. With so many power outages my computer exploded (lost out on $1500 at L'Estancia).
