Excellent place, beautiful apartments

Living here is great! I love the stainless steel appliances and the wood plank flooring. The staff is always so friendly and the few maintenance requests I've had have been done the next day. The actual property itself has a lot of mature landscaping. It feels very homey and welcoming. The office staff throws parties a lot. Some days I come home and they are handing out pizza and sodas for a Pizza party and other nights there are fully catered dinners for the Christmas Party. We love it! The new pool that just opened up is beautiful! We look forward to renewing our lease!
I lived at Arium for almost 2 years and I only moved out because I bought a house. I loved living here because it was in Palmer Ranch which is such a nice area without a lot of traffic. It was always so quiet and peaceful. I lived on the lake and had such a great view.
cons:1. The rate they charge residents as though they are high-end apartment, but they are not high-end at all. I am paying around $1700 for 3 bedroom apartment. There is a mandatory valet trash fee of $35.00 whether you take the trash out for them to pick up or not. They make $35x320 unit=$11,200 per month for the service people don't want.
You have to pay that. There is non-refundable and again mandatory deposit of $175 on the of refundable deposit.
2. The dumpster has lids but always open, so they can be stinky.
3. They never landscape. They never rake the leaves and that makes the road and entrance way to my apartment looks so messy.
4.There is no sidewalk for people or dogs. We have to share with cars if not walking on the grass.
5.They are understaffed. Non-emergency maintenance issues can go more than 3 weeks, and they always say we have to handle 320 units. Why don't they hire more people to do the better landscaping or faster maintenance?
