What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sarasota

Walk to all. CITY lifestyle high rise, but sidewalk cafes, like smaller town.near art galleries, entertainment and theatre all walkable

There is nothing unique. I don't go anywhere except to the local stores, which are run down.Tourists go to the beach.

Neighborhood is close to many restaurants and the Bay to Gulf of Mexico. I would recommend the neighborhood to others as a great place to live.

Sarasota is known for the arts with many theater experiences and art shows. It is a neighborhood near the downtown and is walkable. A neighborhood small shopping center with great restaurants, Libby's and a Grommet grocery store (Morton's)only a few blocks away.

The downtown area I live in has at least 5 sit down restaurants. when friends and family come to visit we stroll around looking in a variety of shops and then a special meal.

The majority of the residents where I live are elderly, friendly, self-sufficient people who are readily available with a smile and a friendly greeting. The locale is perfect whereby I am able to walk to restaurants (with varied ethnic cuisines), bars and shops and if I don't feel like walking the county bus line is only feet away and runs all day long.
