Everything looks really nice and well put together.seem like a nice place to live .

Too expensive. Theyve put more money into the clubhouse than into the apartments. Needs to be a walkway towards the lake in the back. It made me hate Florida. The car vacuum is out of order. We pay for all these amenities and some don't work. Bedrooms stay hot while the rest of the apartment stays cold. Bedroom window don't open. Never a parking spot. We also pay for pest control and we see roaches and spiders everywhere. Pool is locked after dark. Wi-Fi connectivity is poor and only reaches in the clubhouse.
