Why is it that you have to make 3 X's the rent? This is not fair for a person who can afford monthly rent but only makes 2X's the money!
They r not returning phone calls or even answering the phones i hv tried many many times to contact this property to no avail..SHAMEFUL!!The management company office is located so far inside the property it is an extremely long walk.

Hands down the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I've EVER lived in. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor, don't ever move here, don't ever even look at the place. It looks nice from an outside view, but once you live there, it's the worst.
Let's start with the fact that the place was INFESTED with spiders in every crack, orifice, and room. It took me TWO MONTHS to clear them all out. Outside the apartment, there's droves of mosquitos, flies, and cockroaches that will disgust you and eat you alive.
Let's move on to the fact that I've experienced THREE FLOODS in less than 9 months. One was a neighbor who clogged their sink and left it running for some reason. Another was because the water heater broke due to inattentive maintenance and upkeep.
Brings me to my next point: they will fine the life out of you for everything possible. Apparently, everybody in the complex is watching carefully what everyone else does, and God Forbid you leave a little trash out front for an hour while you clean your place because BAM $50 CHARGE NO FORGIVENESS.
Speaking of poor maintenance, the air filters and water drains were all completely clogged, and you have to call maintenance to replace them. The doors don't always work, the windows don't open, and if they do, you won't want them open with how disgusting it is.
There's NO LIGHTS in any of the bedrooms, and NO FANS in ANY ROOM. I guess they expect you to deal with the heat and darkness yourself. Speaking of heat, don't turn your AC to heat because it is the worst smell I've ever experienced, and maintenance has no idea what could be causing it.
Next, I'd like to speak about visitor parking. There's 5 buildings, each with many tenants, and only EIGHT VISITOR SPOTS TOTAL. Not to mention, most of these visitor spots are taken by "residents" who aren't on any lease. There's
