The Reserve at Lake Pointe

Walked in to 3 leasing agents eating. When someone finally asked if I needed assistance they were rude and very short. Informed me that I would not be able to view any apartments due to viewing being by appointment only! I submitted an application as well and when calling to find out the status the calls go directly to the call service. Not a great first impression at all. I am highly disappointed

Very small, too small for roommates . They also charge a separate electric fee for the common areas like the pool, hallways outside. No storage either and the stackable washer/dryer only fits half loads. Super tiny. I also had an appointment. They took a couple who had an appointment the day before but didnt show up over my set appointment

I love living at the Reserve. There have been so many positive changes to our community. Jill the manager and everyone in the office are very friendly and the maintenance team are attentive and helpful. The community is close to everything.

I want to be a resident here I hope and pray this a good place to stay I need an 1 bedroom apartment or a studio at a price of $800 or $900 a month I'm moving here from North Carolina because of a job transfer to here needs a wonderful place to stay I pray that you could help me to get a lovely place here thank you

Love my townhouse! I have an excellent view of the lake and they are making great improvements to the outdoors. Office staff has always been polite with me.

Since January 2021, broken washers and dryers will take your money and waste your time. Both pools Closed over summer and even now. The gym that is opened only during office hours and access through the office offers broken equipment. They justified raising my rent stating that renovations are coming. So far, painting over the red brick exterior with white paint and installing City bike rentals, which, again not available during off hours. Morgan staff did not process my cashier's rental check resulting with a balance due on my account. I kept my receipts and addressed this problem 4 times so far. Do not rent here.
