I have lived here since Feburary and regretted ever since. I picked this apartment complex over the thousand others in the area because of the so called sparkling pools and grill area. I gave up on the pools after constantly seeing dirty cloudy water and trash everywhere. Starting in March, my a.c. stopped working. It took a week for someone to respond to my maintenance need. It never fully worked after that but at least it was something. Then in June, I went with out an a.c. for 3 weeks. Now I don't have an a.c. working again. Now the oven has stopped working and the sprinklers don't work properly outaide of my apartment so there is a constant mud lake every afternoon around 5. I call the office and no one answers ever. I call 5-6 times a day. This is a slum. Everything about this place is disgusting. This is the biggest mistake I've ever made.

I moved in St Charles last year, I was in between renewing my lease or relocate but I will renew my lease but I really don't like the lack of upkeep with the property. The sidewalks definitely need to be pressure washed, the landscaping is hideous, I think the only areas of upkeep is in the front entrance and by the office location. I have no problems with maintenance only the high turnover with office staff.

Some nights the gates are down and there is no guard to assist visitors.
Overall the property is ok not better than apartments that I visited.

My family moved to this complex May 1st 2017 shortly thereafter the Michaelson Real Estate Group purchased the complex. Unfortunately, the complex has suffered greatly. The security guard at the front gate no longer is there. The grills in the courtyard no longer function. 3 out of 4 laundromats are non-functioning. Roaches and ants are reported by most tenants with nothing done. Maintenance & lawncare is lacking. The office staff prefers to label the complaining resident as a liar & troublemaker instead of fixing the problems.

We're sorry to see that you haven't had a comfortable experience in our community in the short time you've lived here. We're working diligently to ensure our community has access to the amenities we offer and if you see items in need of repair we appreciate residents reporting those to us. In the event something like pest control is not having a desired effect, we may need to take more robust measures. I do not suggest you apply to live here unless you're okay with the following changes that the new owners have made:
-They force you to use a shower head that literally feels like bees are stinging your skin. If caught with new shower head, you get fined.
-No more 24/7 gate security. Basically anyone in Saint Pete can use the pools and hang around your apartment.
-Expect unexpected charges on your rent. (which can change at any time)
-No more 24/7 gym. Gotta save even more money.

Come live here if you love to smell the scent of your neighbors weed drifting through your house. They suggest you call 911 if you smell it.
Rent is SO HIGH.
People have ant and roach problems and hardly get help with it.
Maintence does not return phone calls.

If you would like to discuss our polices in more detail, we would be happy to go over them with you in the office, as it seems like there might be some miscommunication on a few matters. Any sort of problem with ants, or maintenance should be reported to the office as well.


I never received a call or email about my inquiry. I guess they don't want me to live there?
