Don't ever live here. Staff is rude after you sign your lease and unhelpful. They don't ever answer their phone or their emails (no exaggeration, I called every day for 14 straight days with no answer or response at all), and their hours are 9-6 which is not good for working professionals. The facilities aren't well kept, same goes for the landscaping. The gate never works so security isn't good. They will tow everyone and anyone not in a visitor spot though so let your friends know that they'll have to chip in $200 to visit and park close because all the randoms that need parking will occupy them because the gate is up. The pools are ok, but the pool bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They tried to charge me pet fees even though I didn't have any pets. The AC doesn't really work all that well (doesnt shut on or off automatically once it hits a certain temperature, just keeps running and raising your power bill). They have a laundry facility, not in-unit washer/dryer. If you want a washer/dryer, you have to trade your dishwasher for a single load machine. The icing on the cake is that they charge the same as a nice apartment would. Go literally ANYWHERE else in Tampa/St. Pete and you will have a better experience that is far more worth your time and money.
Extremely dissapointed. I will not be renewing my lease here.
**Update** This is not a safe community. Please be aware of your surroundings here. Damage to people's cars in the parking lot, and theft occurring here for a while now. Most recently, damage done to my car (it appears someone had placed their foot in an abrasive manner towards the vehicle). Again, this is not a safe community. I would not recommend anyone renting here, if you are concerned about your safety and/or the safety of loved ones that visit or reside here.
Would not have picked this place to live if I had the ability to visit before renting. The apartment unit doesn't look anything like the pictures they have online. The ac unit doesn't work properly, making the electricity bill over 200 dollars a month. The problem has been reported to the front desk and they can't seem to fix it. The apartment are really old not getting your money's worth. I would definitely look for other options around before deciding to live here.
I have lived here close to 3 years, and do plan to move when my lease is up. I am not getting what I pay a month. I don't feel that the managers take pride in the environment and the inside of the apartment. I don't like what I see in people and how they act in my surroundings. I see people drinking alcohol, not on their porches or in the pool area. Males walking around with their shirts off. Paper and cigarette butts all over the place. The laundry rooms are not always working or clean.
The complex is quiet and everyone is nice. It's quick to get to downtown Tampa and DTSP and I feel safe here. Plus our dog likes it too ;)
