wish we never left! For the location and surrounding community I expected it to be expensive, loud and small but it was the opposite! We had a two bedroom, one and a half bath (highly recommend) before we left and started in a one bedroom. The one bedroom didnt have a laundry unit and we had a baby so we just switched to the larger one once our lease was up. All of our maintenance issues were always fixed promptly, never had loud neighbors (and we lived near lots of kids) AND on top of that the front staff was amazing. Keneithia (sorry if I misspelled it, girl lol) is absolutely INCREDIBLE, she really helped everyone out and deserves a raise and promotion ASAP, just saying!! Highly recommend! Well be going back once our lease is up!
Resident's are ridiculously disrespectful when cleaning up their dog's waste... Every single time we enter or leave our apartment we are greeted with a horrible odor and blatantly visible pile of unattended poop within a 15 foot radius of our unit. The back pool is also constantly poorly maintained, there is often trash and mass debris throughout it whenever we go examine to see if we can swim. On top of that, lots of kids loiter in the pool area and leave the grounds a mess. Annd the pool skimmer... often times found at the bottom of the pool... has an enormous hole in it.. so even if the residents took it upon themselves to attempt to skim out some of the leaves and trash out of the pool (a simple daily task for maintenance) that wouldn't even have access to a functioning skimmer/net to do so. Pretty frustrating for fairly simple changes.
My apartment had this odor from the day I moved in I told the office about it and nothing was ever done. The pool had been closed down a good majority of the summer and fall.
Worst place to live...
I have been a resident since may of this year. I like the property and the complex. If we put in a work order mainrenance is quick to respond. They are doing a lot of renovations right now that are making the place look great. The only real problems that I have are the main gate needs to be fixed. And the laundry rooms need to be locked. There Have a been a few times now where I have gone to do my laundry and the machine as are either broken or they are full with rocks and mulch and cheerios. We pay way to much for this to be happening.
