INFESTED WITH TERMITES!. I've lived here for almost two years. I started in a single one bedroom, 525 square feet. I was sick and tired of NEVER being able to do laundry, as the facilities were always broken. I transferred to a two bedroom unit (the only way to get my own washer and dryer that I had to purchase) only to be riddled with termites. I put in service requests, spoke with management, spoke with the "management exterminator" Nothing has been treated. They claim my apartment is to be tented, and fumigated next mont. I went through all of that last year, when they tented my one bedroom apartment. I was offered a stay in a hotel for the duration of the fumigation, or offered a few hundred dollars off rent (not the entire month) I pay $1940+ utilities for my two bedroom. It seems like a good deal, given the current rates of apartments. However, the property management has since changed hands, and we now seem to be starting this nonsense all over again. If I could give any advice, it would be to move into any other apartment complex, and save yourself the headache, and extra money that you will end up spending to not live in squalor.

No one answers the phone calls or return voicemail. I have called this property everyday for a week with no response.
