What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Saint Petersburg

I kinda like that the restaurants are nearby grocery stores are not to far away the neighborhood is quiet everybody keeps basically to themselves mechanic shop nearby

Live on water with swimming pool and fishing pier. Great views. Great wildlife. Close to highway. Close to beaches. Great sunsets.

My neighborhood is unique to its history. The houses are very old. My favorite local businesses are those downtown which is about 10 minutes drive.

Great pizza spot that is similar to chicago! Coffee, ice cream & vape shops near by. There is also a winn dixie in 5 minutes walking distance.

There's lots of trees there's a strip mall within a walking distance plus we have the very reliable transportation that is close by The neighbors I like most of my neighbors but not all we have a pool here it's convenient to get to it has a gate around it but at times it's easy to get in for anyone we have around the clock security with plenty of trees and lots of things to do

We have a mix of housing, business and retail. We are close to the expressway and major side roads. I can be anywhere I normally want within 15 minutes including two airports .
