For several years I have tried to get information about it and seems like nobody from this property rental have the minimal education to al least respond the phone calls!

I have lived here for almost two years and it is THE WORST apartment complex it St. Cloud. The only good thing about it is the maintenance. To start, the front office ladies are useless, unhelpful, and judgmental. If you need help with, late rent, renewal, gate code, visitor parking, gym hours etc dont go to them because they dont know anything. They claim you pay for all these great amenities you dont. The gate is open 24/7, in Order to use the gym you have to pay $50 extra if you want to use it all the time, the pool is nasty and small, and there is only maybe 16 guest parking spots for over 200 families. The next thing is the tow trucks, they are allowed to have access to Summer Cove 24/7 and the office ladies will not do a thing about helping you find your car or why its been towed. I have had my car ILLEGALLY towed because of registration when it was registered. I did not pay the $150 fee to get it back as it was illegal. Guest coming over? Better find guest parking bc even if it is full they will be towed. I have seen the tow truck men looking into cars and even popping peoples trunks. The apartments are outdated. Paint is pealing off my doors, things fall out of/off of the wall, the light covers are so cheap they started cracking, cheap tubs, etc. I know these are low income but the price you pay is not low enough for the lack of quality. I would never recommend moving in here unless you have no other options. They do not care about their residents. Not to mention they charge you twice a month for usage (still not sure what that is) and water but you also have to pay a second water bill to St Cloud utilities. Expect your rent to be $100-$150 more than they quote you.
