Had a rat/mice problem forcing us to move out early and break out lease. Don't let the fresh paint and cheap aesthetics fool you

Old and marginally maintained maintenance staff was unable to keep up with tenants needs,however it needs to be taken into consideration that this was 18 months ago. Since that time there has been a name change either as reputation repair or as a reflection of new ownership.

Since the new ownership they have put hundreds of thousands of dollars into the property, updating inside and outside each apartment, and enhancing the grounds. I'm very pleased with my home here, and recently signed another lease.

What was supposed to be a newly renovated apartment turned out to be a bandaid on the old crappy apartment. Maintenance takes forever, so you might as well do things yourself if you want it done in a timely manner. The office pretends to care and make promises of excellence, but in reality does more for the exterior of the property than the actual apartment homes. I have been less than thrilled living here. If it werent for the amazing location, I would already be gone because the experience of living here has been less than.
