It has been a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful and quiet place, the administration, specifically, Demi England has been very diligent in every aspect of my moving process. Total personal attention and the maintenance personnel also are readily available.

Words can't even begin with all the stress this place have caused me!! I am thinking moving into a place based on reviews but what I have found out all the good reviews are from almi the previous management company not current! Please be-warned. It's a joke because I am so upset with this place I start to laugh. I can write 4 pages of issues! No parking, things broken and they don't come and fix it, you call leave messages and no response, you pay for pest no one show to spray, no parking after 5pm! I can't wait to be out of my lease worst mistake I have ever made!
I come across this property as I was looking for a new place. Upon arriving saw Amber seems quiet and nice. She show us the model beautiful. She then stated well there will be a one available in for a May 1st move in. She informed me that it will be a fully renovated unit, "everything brand new also stove refrigerator stainless steel. Fast forward I move in and the entire dinning area flooded and of course no I had to be cleaning up water after I was exhausted from packing up my other place. As I am moving in and start to put stuff I notice master bathroom filthy. So the Sunday I went to office and they apologize,take care of it someone will come and fix the leak no one show. Monday samething and I have to start telling them I am leaving because this is not acceptable they finally fix the leak after 2-3 attempts. The kitchen counter laminate peeling off, the draws cannot open because of the stove, bathroom dirty rust all over the doors. Then Alicia come and see it and of course she makes excuse for everything well we don't do this we don't do that. I said if the doors in shower and toilet is not replace I am out for sure. She guarantee they will take care of everything and it is 4 months bathroom door still haven't replace, kitchen cabinets still peeling and I still can't open my cabinet draw. The towel rack haven't been fix. Then 2days ago I received an email saying I owe 102. I am distraught because I setup for autopay. Email still wasn't given an excuse what the bill was for clearly so I went in the office and discuss finding out your rent does not include water. I am dumbfounded at this point, Amber did not disclosed the information and that my water wasn't included. Of course I am levid at this point because I am organized and I developed a system as to how I take care of my bills. Here Alicia telling me it is my responsibility to know that their property does not include utilities. How could I when nothing was said or given to me. I didn't even get a copy of m
