I moved in a just over a month ago from out of state and have been impressed with the quality and high standards of the staff and facilities. Standards are the most important point to me so I outlined what that means below;
Natalia was my contact when I began the apartment search and she was pleasant, patient, and reliable. She answers her phone, she returns vm quickly, and she's easy to talk to. She was on time for her appointment, her tour showed the entire facility as well as numerous units, she kept showings within my proposed budget, and she was able to answer questions at time of ask. Congenial and reliable.
Natalia and Julie assisted through the leasing process. Both ladies answered email questions in under 30 minutes and possessed decision making capability. I didn't need to go back and forth with numerous people, Natalia and Julie were able to action and resolve issues personally. Documents were delivered electronically which was easy and paperless. Payment invoicing was accurate as agreed upon. I've had zero surprises in terms of billing which is paramount in an agreement.
The unit was very clean, newly painted, with high end appliances. Some appeared brand new, the refrigerator being one. All appliances work as intended and are quiet. Not having to log problems and notify people was an excellent experience. What we agreed upon was exactly delivered, the first time. That was amazing.
While I fortunately do not have problems to report, my engagement with The Preserve team has been consistently high. They are personable, they reply to questions usually within the hour, and most importantly, they do what they say. I don't need to wonder or wait, they will acknowledge my question, take effective action, and return results in under 24 hours.
This seems dry but it's they're more than "just nice". They get it right and do what they say bc they have high standards.
I was given wrong information about the terms and price. After I paid for application, deposit, and submitted all needed info like license, passport etc - I received a phone call from the office stating that price per month was different (over $400 higher!!) and lease terms were not as originally described to me. Unbelievable! Money was eventually returned to be, but this is not the way you do business and waste peoples time.
My husband and I had an exceptional experience at The Preserve. The staff was incredible and all questions were answered promptly with a high level of customer service. We had stainless steel appliances and a view of the Alafia scrub preserve. We spent a TON of time at the pool which is located on the Alafia river. We moved out only to buy our first home, otherwise we'd still be long-term residents! Thank you to Wendy and her team, we highly recommend you to our friends and co-workers!
When i went for a viewing of the apartment home the agent didn't show me or tell me about all of the amenities such as the pool, dog park, gym, just to name a few. had to come back and request for this in my tour again. Then information provided by one leasing agent somehow can't be provided or confirmed by another. I am moving here based upon certain information now that might not be the case.
