Living here wasn't so bad. However, before you move out take pictures of everything. It is not beneath them to use fraudulent pictures for a claim.

We are very disappointed to see this negative mischaracterization of our team. We try our best to prepare residents for fees incurred during the move out process - ultimately all damages are assessed according to the condition of the home. Our practices are never intended to be predatory and our photos are never fake or altered in order to best prepare the home for the next resident. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We wish you well in future endeavors.

One person went above and beyond their job and took their time to make sure I had everything I needed to get my apartment. When I did a walk through they were friendly and answered all my questions.
