Rude and condescending apartment management. Tired buildings that are in need of repair and updating. Bat infestation in two buildings (unhealthy). Onsite gym equipment in poor condition - always seem to be broken.

We are currently working on solutions to evict our flying friends; however, these things must be handled with care. They refused to get back with me after several email and VM messages. They don't seem to want my business.

we lived here for about 4-5 years now and weve seen alot of different people come in and out the office. I can honestly say kelly and tike was the best team we had so far. Kelly was very firm at times but respectful and tika was probably the sweetest person we've ever had here. always smiling and just overall a sweetheart. My granddaughter and my dog adores her. She really cared about us and it showed. I hope whoever takes her spot is as bubbly and caring as she is.

Living here wasn't so bad. However, before you move out take pictures of everything. It is not beneath them to use fraudulent pictures for a claim.

We are very disappointed to see this negative mischaracterization of our team. We try our best to prepare residents for fees incurred during the move out process - ultimately all damages are assessed according to the condition of the home. Our practices are never intended to be predatory and our photos are never fake or altered in order to best prepare the home for the next resident. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We wish you well in future endeavors.


Very rude. Called to get info about a 3 bedroom. Spoke with Tika. I asked Tika if they had a 3 bedroom she said not now. I asked when. Tika's response was "when they move". Very unprofessional. Asked additional questions and Tika made it seem like I was asking to be taken to the individuals home. After her rudeness continued I disconnected the call. Received a call back from Kelly however if pr prospects are treated that way I can only imagine what the residents are treated like. Very unfortunate. Try being nice you never know what someone is going through.
