Worst place I ever lived. Now you already know that I gave notice for 16Sep and you did not pro rate my rate but you were certain to charge me double for water, which has not been used there in over two weeks. Capital Venture must be your name because you are pushing out existing residents by doubling their rent and it's obvious all you care about is money. The signs in your community about your multi million dollar review saying it's for the residents and that we are worth it is complete bull It's about bottom line for the owners. It has nothing to do with the residents.
WOULD LIKE TO SEE WANT YOU HAVE to offering... Relocating to a new beginning.. Willing to work.
Lived here for two years. It was an older community with a bad rap, but once the new company Gables came in, it actually was a cute and quiet place to live. With the new management company in place, the quality of residents has declined. Which is funny because they are increasing the rent by 200-300 for their renovations. There are police here every day. There are fire trucks at least every few days. There is trash everywhere. No one ever answers the office phone. Best part, today is the 1st and I went to pay my rent, and there was only one person there and she is showing an apartment. The main manager is extremely rude and does not acknowledge most residents as he gets in his 50K+ BMW. It's very clear that taking care of residents and the grounds has become second to renovations and jacking up the rent. The only good thing to come from this new company is the assistant manager.
Leaking roofs , mold everywhere, unprofessional staff
Very pretty complex with great people. Very dog friendly! The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is great. However, make sure every maintenance issue is taken care of BEFORE you sign the lease, otherwise it may never get done. There just aren't enough maintenance guys to get every request completed in a timely manner. And if you have a complaint or issue, don't bother going to the office staff after you have moved in. They'll just tell you to move out instead of trying to address your concerns.
