Little dated... I was told I had new carpet but it had only been cleaned. Stains immediately started coming through.
Bathroom is extremely small. Barely big enough to turn around in.
But pretty quiet and peaceful. Always quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Office staff has been very nice and supportive.
I had and issue this morning that had nothing to do with the apartment but called the office to see if they could help. I spoke with Lynn and told her my problem. She called me back in less than 5 minutes and sent a staff member to help. Talk about going over and above !! I love this place and am so glad I live here !!
This is a beautiful place that I would love live here. Unfortunately I don't meet the criteria of rent. I was a little disappointed being justa couple of hundred dollars short. I have a steady income maybe you could reconsider. I would love to live here.
Do not rent here. Terrible.
Do not rent here. I rented here with my fiance and his four year old daughter and once management changed about a year after we moved in, everything went down hill. I paid an extra 30 dollars a month for an updated apartment and instead got carpets that were dyed, not new and a dishwasher which almost caused a fire from the sparks in caused when I would close it. About six months before my lease ended the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen stopped working. That's the only way I can describe it. The cabinets wouldn't shut and stay shut and the drawers would not open. I called the office about this. They were rude, told me it was my fault they were broken, and hung up on me. When I was finally able to get someone out there to fix them they informed my fiance that the drawers and cabinets are so old that they dont even have any parts to replace and they have to build new ones. The cabinets were fixed fairly quickly but we lived the last four months of our lease with literally no drawers in our kitchen. When we called multiple times about this they again were rude, said we destroyed the drawers, and hung up on us. Oh and then charged us for them. My fiance and I both work full time, have nevrr been late on rent, have a four year old and I am pregnant myself and was at the time our lease ended. I am not sure what they think we are doing to our kitchen but I can promise you we werent karate chopping our kitchen drawers and cabinets. I paid an extra 30 dollars a month for updated appliances and they instead gave me a dishwasher that sparked everytime I closed it and almost caused a fire, and instead of new carpeting I got a carpet that had been dyed to look new. I know this because after a few months of living there the stains began to show up everywhere. I deep clean every weekend and I even shampooed my carpet as well and these stains were not from us. I have nothing to gain or lose by writing this review, I just hope to save one person from renting her
