Absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so cozy here and the variety of amenities is great. I couldn't recommend this place anymore than I already do!

Beware!! The apartments are NOT what the model one looks like at all. We were promised and told they all are new and look the same as the model. We arrived to move in and it was disgusting, there was food from the past resident along with workers frantically trying to "fix" things. Paint and floors were chipped and scraped, and cabinets were missing.. and weve been here a few months and still nothings been fixed. The price is too high for the state of the apartment they seem livable.

Love the office staff. They are very friendly and always willing to help you. The gym was re-done and is accessible 24 hours a day. Two nice pools with lots of chairs. Gated (though some times there are issues with the gates being open all night due to mechanical or resident damage. Simple but nice dog park. Maintenance requests handled quickly (whether you report issue online or call). Love ability to pay rent online. The grounds are well kept. Cons: no real incentives for long term residents as far as rental increases every year. I understand the market changes. Some things are looked at and adjusted but feel the increases are a bit much even for the area/size of units. Also don't like being charged for some one to pick up my garbage from my apartment when I take my own to the receptacle. Other than that, this place is great. Nice and quiet even with the different age ranges, pets, music lovers, etc.

If you are leasing online and have multiple pets, please contact the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees.
