Love the staff and everyone watches out for their neighbors. Almost like a cottage atmosphere.
The apartments are updated and beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff is very helpful.
I love the Bungalows of Port Orange. I have been a resident for three years now and have never had any issues. The property manager is easy to talk to if you do have any maintenance issues. The complex is pretty quiet and everyone is so friendly. The property grounds are kept clean and free of debris. The property is in a great location, so close to shopping, the beaches, and most importantly world famous Daytona Beach.
I have been at the Bungalows for about 5 years now and I love it. From the ladies in the office to the maintenance workers everyone is great. This is a nice quiet place to live and I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon.
Staffing is horrible. I feel bad for the maintenance guy. He has to take care of other complexes also. So it takes a while to get things fixed. However, the lady in the office is very rude and is never there. Also ants became bad in our apartment as we'll, you couldn't leave any food out or they'd be covered in minutes. They tell you if you're a corner apartment you pay 10 dollars more for close parking. But you never get close parking so you pay 10 dollars for nothing people are in your spots.
