We have lived in Pierpoint twice and the management staff are wonderful. It's very quiet and peaceful here.

I most likely will not be renewing my lease. This new company is now charging for extra valet garbage disposal. I wanted to opt out but was not allowed. Why do I want to pay a extra $15 for a total of over $40 for garbage removal. I'm lucky if I have 2 garbage bags a month of waste. The small 12 gallon size tall kitchen can they want us to use they expect it to stay inside the tiny apartment as well. Oh and if it gets lost or stolen we pay $40 for a cheap $5 walmart garbage container. Can't wait for the feral cats and other rodents to be running around with the garbage being outside. I also heard other renters say they are raising rent up to a average of almost $50/month. I'm very dissappointed. I feel we should have a say in the decision of the garbage valet. Not spring it on us. This company is gonna loose alot of renters soon.
