The location of Ocean Oaks has all of the dining and grocery shopping I need within walking distance. It is nested in a nice wooded area, so you feel privacy from Dunlawton and Clyde Morris. There are two easy entrances /exits to plan your commute to and from work, also. One thing that is surprising is how low the utility bill is, which is nice during the warmer summer months. I also save a fortune from joining a gym taking awesome kick-boxing classes they offer.
The staff here are very attentive and friendly. Repairs and service calls are always completed in a timely manner. The community is well kept and centrally located to most of the places I frequent. Overall I really enjoy staying here.

I think it is unfair to increase the rental rate for residents that have resided in the community for years and that have a history of paying their rent timely. I also do not feel that it is fair to charge $20 per pet for pet rent when you ask for a pet deposit. Residents should only be obligated to pay one. It is not fair to require residents to obtain apartment insurance, as this should be optional, but highly recommended.
