It is close enough to enjoy outside activities but still quiet enough to enjoy the tranquility of the area. Parks are nearby for children and also dogs.

That its close enough to local businesses to be accessible but also far enough away from all of the noise.

It is affordable and the school is a great schoothe store is walking distance l and people are nice and we have a pool

its just a nice quiet place to leave, lots of places to eat, stores around, friendly people, everyone watches out for each other

I have a fantastic water view. I also have a great view of islands and a bridge. I am also able to see dolphins and have great bird watching.

I like the facilities and nearby restaurants. There is also a high school beat h and it is safe. There is also a dog park to walk pets.
