4 Reviews for Seaglass at Ponte Vedra Beach

I have lived in about 5 different complexes but SeaGlass is by far the best! From the customer service at the front management office to the friendly neighbors, SeaGlass is definitely the best! Some reasons I loved living at SeaGlass include; the very functional/clean/amazing gym that is open 24 hours. I workout between 6-730a or 4-6p and it is never overcrowded, sometimes I am the only one! They also have a wicked awesome TV in the "pilates/yoga room".

Reason #2 is how fast they respond to my emails about things. My AC wasn't cooling down for some reason and the very same day they came out and fixed it! Very nice supplied appliances that I never had an issue with as well.

Reason #3 is that I never hear my neighbors. People that live here are usually between 30s-50s so no partying or loud noise.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at SeaGlass and the only reason I am leaving is because I bought a house. If not, I could stay forever!

PS also love the food trucks that are there sometimes and the "surprise" early morning breakfast bags.

My wife and I were very pleasantly greeted and shown the unit. Every time we wanted to see the unit again (2 more times) we were gladly accommodated and we were sold . A great place and really nice personnel - Lynsey

If you are thinking of renting an apartment at Seaglass, you should know that your rent will continue to increase every year, so plan ahead. I have lived at Seaglass for 2 years. My rent has increased each time. I could understand if the rent increased 50 to 75 dollars each year, but this is not the case. In the two years that I have lived at Seaglass, I have seen so many people move in and out. The rent increases are substantial and this is why people continue to leave. If you decide to move into Seaglass, just plan ahead, because your rent will increase close to $200 a month. If you are looking to rent an apartment for a short term, Seaglass may be a good fit for you. If you are looking to lay down your roots and rent an apartment longer than 2 years, I would look somewhere else because the rents are high and the rent increases at Seaglass are substantial. The office staff at Seaglass are very efficient in managing the property. It is a good place to live. The ongoing rent increases are probably dictated by the property owner. I understand that the great staff has a job to do. I personally feel that if Seaglass focused on retaining good renters, and didn't have such substantial rent increases, Seaglass would not have the turnaround it currently has. People are moving in and out of here all the time. The rent increases are substantial, so please factor that into your budget as you decide where to rent.View

Thanks for your review. We're happy to learn that you're pleased with our efficient staff. However, we're sorry to learn that you're experiencing some frustrations. When time allows, please stop into the leasing office so that we can more effectively address your concerns. Have a nice day.

We have lived here for a few months and unfortunately we had a bad experience. The only good thing about this complex is its location. The buildings are very old and pretty run down. Even the "upgraded" apartments look terrible. Our apartment was pretty dark. We had mold all over the shower. Had multiple leaks during our stay. Mold inside of the walls are guaranteed. Cockroaches and ants are all over. Cops were called out multiple times. They have dog stations which is nice except when they are full and not being cleaned for days. Lots of dogs with a few questionable breed (pit bull mix etc.). Pretty high turnaround. After we moved out got hit by extra unreasonable cleaning charges. There are a few more options in the area. I would recommend to check those out first.
