What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Plant City

Like the tree lined street land that everyone in the area keeps a nice groomed house and land. The lots are big and homes are not on top of each other. Walking distance of a great park with equipment. And walking paths. Restaurants and more are nearby, some within walking distance.

I like my neighborhoods there very sweet. My sister loves it bc we just got a playground. And we have a office party once in a while

I like living in proximity to schools and grocery stores and the movie theater too. My neighbors are friendly and the crime and noise levels are too bad.

just that school was close so it didn't take super long to get to and from there. transportation was easy, short car ride.

I have very good neighbors. For the most part it is a very nice place to live. The Mexican gangs cause problems.

I enjoy that it's quiet where I live and safe. Grocery stores and convenience stores are nearby. Gas stations are nearby and a tire shop is right on the corner
