Fountains at Pinellas Park

Since Ive moved in a couple months ago, I have been a happy tenant! Whenever I need something done maintenance is always on it and great communication with everyone in the complex.

2 literal weeks in wall plumbing problems and it went on for the duration of all but a day, 1 week, 6 days later on the 13th day a 5 minute fix? I was furious because wires on the floor within less than a couple feet electrocution! Florida is saginaw with smarts and abundant with stupidity only if you don't have too many kin folk

I like rent one apartment

They painted the apartments yellow and white they doing a Great job on the inside very poor management my window was rammed by one of the neighbors dogs all most 2 month now and it still not fixed excuses after excuses they are quick to say we will not be renewing your lease if you challenge them may be they need some sensitivity training

This place is roach infested. I moved out of this dumpy place and still can't get rid of these bugs pigs lived there very bad bug iinfested they are in the walls how can you make a place look nice with dirty bugs. Good luck people

Don't live here !!!!!! New owners just took over and now it's like a regime. Built-in the '80s, It's got roaches, bad plumbing, the water sucks (no meters), etc, etc.All for $1300 a month for less than 700 sq ft. Unless you have HUD or Vash, go someplace else. Check the website. It's photo shopped. The buildings are light brown
