Have not received a water bill in a year. Every month I was told by management it would be straightened out the following month. It has still not been resolved. I am being asked to pay $50 per month plus an additional $50 per month for water that I have no metered bill for. My water bill was never $50 per month in the past. It ran about $42 per month. I have no washer or dryer, so I am not using water to wash clothes. I am usung on property laundey services. Seldom are all washers useable and there are only 12 washers/14 washers. There is no coin machine and coins are not available in the office. Consequently, I have to go to the bank every month to get money to do my laundry. There is one computer available in the medua room and it is broken more than working. The property has settled and everytime it rains, the sidewalks flood and water stays on the walks for two or more days. The A/C floods the bottom floors constantly. My apartment has flooded four times. The plumbing is old. Our drinking water has been contaminated two or three times. There is a swamp directly behind the property. New management bought the property about a year ago, and they are horrible. I would not move to this property. There are too many issues. There is one maintenance man for the entire property. There are mice and bugs. Although there is pest control, it does not entirely alleviate the presence of critters. Additionally, there is no cell phone reception regardless of who your service provider is..WIFI does not help the reception. Ine must go outside to use their cell phones.
Great place to live
Looking to make this my new home
