Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We sincerely apologize, as COVID19 approached us we have had a higher caller volume than norma. There was a letter posted on everyone's door with several different forms of contact. Please be sure to utilize the managers email also as I am able to answer any questions or concerns at any hour. I hope that I am able to resolve this issue for you and moving forward be able to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner. Thank you again for being one of the best parts of our complex.


One word! Disappointing. Be sure to get everything in writing. Watch out for the bait and switch. To date I have paid $900 in deposits with a credit score of 715. Something is flawed here. No preferred discount for teachers, but Navy Federal does. Huh? The apartment I finally moved into is amazing, but such chaos and lack of communication. Paying full rent for luxury and Parkside residents cannot use our facilities. Granted we can use the other complex, but full rent for rentals without the full benefits. On the list for a garage...now being told that is pushed to a later date.

Previous Management Company

Lets start with the positives. The apartments are large, and the pool and gym are very nice. In my case, noise from surrounding apartments is minimal and not a problem at all. Parking is ample. The down sides are that the appliances, light fixtures, and ceiling fans are low end, especially for a luxury apartment to the point that I am considering replacing ceiling fans in the bedrooms at my own expense. The staff is very courteous but they seem to be stretched pretty thin, especially the grounds and maintenance staff. The amenities have been slow to come. The construction of phase II results in a lot of dust and noise. All in all, a pretty good place to live.

Stay away from this place. It is CONSTANT noise from the construction. I live on the edge of the property and it is unbearable. I cant sit on my balcony and enjoy the outdoors. I cant have my windows open to save money on my electricity bills when the weather is nice. We are paying luxury prices for a mediocre apartment. There was no notice at all that there would be a huge building project that would heavily affect us upon move in. We would have never moved here knowing the noise problem. The paint on the walls is unbelievably cheap. Just touch them the wrong way and they mark up. Appliances are terrible..oven takes forever to preheat. Microwave door handle is hard to open without feeling like youll break it. It is just a big loss of words that I pay so much to live here. Not to mention paying for amenities that were promised in September and didnt arrive until April. Not even every amenity is finished. Stay away from this place, at least until construction is finished.

Previous Management Company

Potential but poor management. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you to move in. Their focus is not on providing the amenities promised but filling the units and working on their next property. Units have large sq ft but a lot of wasted space. Looks nice at first but cheap quality appliances and fixtures. . Lots of office turnover with employees, and frequently rude. The water,sewer trash is done by a management company so you pay the same as everyone regardless of how many people are in your home. They make promises they dont keep and dont care once you are in. Trash is always overflowing at the dumpster. There are better properties in the area for sure.
