This place requires a 700 credit score. That's ridiculous of any management company to ask for. An apartment is 2nd tier living. You rent a place until your able to buy a home. This has been getting ridiculous over the years with apartments getting so strict that only 6 figure incomes are allowed to live there. ITS AN APARTMENT.

I was appalled at the poor condition of the neighborhood. The parking lot side of this complex is not inviting and stopped me from going any further. Very disappointed.

I am a snowbird and would have liked to have stayed here, but they do not offer furnished units for snowbirds. I was sadly disappointed.
