CRESTVIEW AT OAKLEIGH NOT Living up to its advertisement or 4 star rating!! Luxury Living Category Managing to exceed expectations Attention to detail is the foundation of our residents satisfaction When you sign a lease for an apartment you do not get to see it before signing the lease. To make a long story short, this apartment was not cleaned or a checklist complete by maintenance. Microwave was so filthy, cockroaches in the refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator was moved out so we could see what was underneath it. OMG!! Lots of cockroaches scattering all over, roaches everywhere in cabinets, bathrooms, living room and crawling on the walls. The air duct was also with mold and cockroaches. There were multiple other problems on check in day and 90 some pictures sent to management. A Live USB 110 Outlet with no cover on it! This apartment was uninhabitable. So disgusting! We cleaned as much as we could. The management had Orkin pest control company that you will pay for monthly, come in to spray, but as our security system recorded his treatment only took 10 seconds to complete, in front door, to kitchen and out. He reported that we did not have a roach bug problem, but could take 90 days to get rid of them. We stayed in the apartment for a total of two months and we still had roaches all the way to move out day also some discrepancies had not been completed yet. Crestview at Oakleigh does not live up to its four 4 star rating or its advertisements: Luxury Living Category Managing to exceed expectations Attention to detail is the foundation of our residents satisfaction Recommend when moving into an apartment, have them do a walk thru first with you before signing a lease, also please look behind refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.

It's ok for the most part. 7 years here & with management changes it's definitely not the same. Gates seem to always be out of commission, fences are down & your supposed to be paying for "gated" property. As new tenants come in, apartments get upgraded, but the long term tenants get nothing. My 2 upgrades (blinds, ceiling fans) out of 7 years were because I made it known to management I wanted something. I feel they could do more for the tenants that have been here longer. Now the maintenance is great & get things done in a very timely manner.

Toured this property as a potential resident. I spoke with Brannan and she was very professional, inviting and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and knew her job well. I just loved the property and is at the very top of my list of places to reside in Pensacola.
