    Excellent customer service and business manner from property rep 'Bailie'. Property management and communication are the foundation for a substantial quality of life and living environment.     So far I have enjoyed living here at Carriage Hills, the staff has been very friendly and maintenance has been quick to fix anything that I have called in. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage space. I am new to Pensacola and it is located near everything such as stores, restaurants, and the Interstate.

    Excellent stress free moving experience! Agents practiced superb customer service and were knowledgeable courteous, and very informative. Paperwork was methodical with no surprises. I highly recommend Carriage Hills. A great place to live

    I have been living here for going on 3 years now and it has been a good experience. The staff have been great. The first year and a half anytime there was an issue, maintenance was there immediately. However over the last year and a half, due to the downsizing in the maintenance staff, they struggle to accommodate tenants needs. There is only so much that can be done with limited staffing. This is a huge complex of over 250 units and you have two males and one female which are expected to respond in a timely fashion to tenant needs which simply cannot happen, especially when one of them is managementt trying to organize the parts, supplies and contractors needed to complete repairs. They are doing everything that they can and communicate as much as possible but you are going to end up having angry tenants and causing people to leave the premises or filing complaints because things are not being taken care of in a timely fashion due to lack of staffing. Renters have the right to hold rent when things are not being repaired and no rent being collected means no irevenue. Please be logically and get the wonderful staff help before you end up with angry tenants, loss of revenue and loss if this amazing staff from being frustrated or not able to work due to complete exhaustion!

    I began my apartment search 8 months ago and knew I wanted something close to Pensacola Beach. I lived in Northern Massachusetts for the majority of my life because that is where my husband of 40 years was born and raised. But with him passing last year, I just knew that it was time for me to hit the beach. I called around to several apartment complexes in the northwest area, but I knew that Carriage Hills was going to be the best place for me after initially speaking with the staff there. I originally spoke a gentlemen named Mark who assisted me with finding the perfect location that they had available within the community that would fit my lifestyle. I explained to him how I am not very good about getting around since my recent hip replacement, so he made sure that I had a ground floor apartment that was close to the community mail center and pleasant courtyard great for birdwatching. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jenny who said she has been working here for over 20 years at Carriage Hills. She was a very nice lady who also made me feel right at home when I arrived. My 2 bedroom is spacious, and I just love my new neighbors. I would highly recommend considering Carriage Hills if you are looking for an apartment in Pensacola!
