So far I have enjoyed living here at Carriage Hills, the staff has been very friendly and maintenance has been quick to fix anything that I have called in. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage space. I am new to Pensacola and it is located near everything such as stores, restaurants, and the Interstate.
This apartment management company is just amazing!! I have lived in the Carriage Hills complex for over a year now. I moved into a 1 bedroom one year ago (this was my first apartment after college that was not college living) and the office staff made me feel super comfortable right away! Maintenance is also so great and friendly. I had my kitchen faucet break and within just 2 days, maintenance came by and replaced it completely...during Thanksgiving week too! That was very impressive to me and it shows that the staff really does care! Also the overall property itself is huge and has a ton of beautiful land!
-Currently-My boyfriend moved in with me so after my 1 bedroom lease ended, Joy and her team helped transition us into an upgraded 2 bedroom apartment and made sure it was as smooth as possible. I couldnt be happier with it and just my overall experience with them in general! The whole staff is fantastic and will do whatever they can to make you happy. We plan to live here for years to come. visited Carriage Hills 12/10/18 and was totally impressed by the grounds and model I was shown.. Belinda was professional and warm and very knowledgeable. I'm currently in a lease until the end of August but Carriage Hills is high on my list.
