So far I have enjoyed living here at Carriage Hills, the staff has been very friendly and maintenance has been quick to fix anything that I have called in. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage space. I am new to Pensacola and it is located near everything such as stores, restaurants, and the Interstate.

I requested a tour for a certain date and time and the lady had no idea about anything. She was rude and condescending. Made excuses that she just got off of vacation which I understand but she had no need to be rude and curt to potential renters. She had no idea how to do her job. She was also being extremely rude to a possible renter on the phone who was inquiring about a potential rental, I wanted to leave almost immediately because of her tone. Please get friendlier staff in the future because nobody wants to be treated like that.

Apparently AG is incorrect , I called to make an appointment she said they have nothing available and this information is incorrect. Waste of my time making these phone calls . Some never call back after I send a request.

We LOVED living here! Were a military family and my husband was in Pensacola for 8 months for tech school and we had a 2 bedroom updated unit with laundry in unit and it was very nice. While small, these apartments are well laid out. I miss walking the grounds as it was so peaceful and everyone was so kind! The maintenance and office staff were very kind and helpful and if we ever get stationed in Pensacola again well be looking at these apartments for availability first hand!

This apartment management company is just amazing!! I have lived in the Carriage Hills complex for over a year now. I moved into a 1 bedroom one year ago (this was my first apartment after college that was not college living) and the office staff made me feel super comfortable right away! Maintenance is also so great and friendly. I had my kitchen faucet break and within just 2 days, maintenance came by and replaced it completely...during Thanksgiving week too! That was very impressive to me and it shows that the staff really does care! Also the overall property itself is huge and has a ton of beautiful land! -Currently-My boyfriend moved in with me so after my 1 bedroom lease ended, Joy and her team helped transition us into an upgraded 2 bedroom apartment and made sure it was as smooth as possible. I couldnt be happier with it and just my overall experience with them in general! The whole staff is fantastic and will do whatever they can to make you happy. We plan to live here for years to come.
