I cant leave 0 stars which is why I gave it one. I lived here for 4 months. When I moved I. Nothing was cleaned, there was still food stuck to the counters and huge stains in the carpet as well as a water leak to the faucet for the washing machine hookup that was never fixed. On top of all of that, the patio area had black mold everywhere. I sent numerous emails and called multiple times. I tried to have someone come out and do the inspection for it but they do not allow outsiders to do this and promised multiple times that it would be fixed by the end of the week. It was never fixed. I was constantly sick because of it. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff was super rude as well and wanted you to call instead of talking in person but never answered the phone or returned phone calls. They would only call me when they were shutting the water off weekly because of yet another hot water pipe bursting in yet another building. Please dont stay here just because its convenient, you can find better.

If you like being lied to constantly, this is the place to go. The staff are more trained in avoiding work than managing a community. Spend more time worrying about how the exterior looks besides fixing residents units. They'll crawl up your butt for fees. fines, and deposits, but are happy to let us live in water damaged homes.

Constantly turns the water, constantly does not have hot water. Management is very poor and is only concerned with collecting their rent money. I have several reasons why you shouldnt move here.
