I took my time to look and compare areas with apartment communities. The trees and park feel gives this place a cozy atmosphere..I knew this was HOME as soon as i drove through the front gate....Beautiful landscape, wonderful laughter of children playing, neighbors going for an evening jog or walking their dogs. One year later I feel really safe here....I LOVE MY HOME AT BELL PARKLAND.

I happen to live in a quiet building with a nice view. I enjoy my apartment and the location of the community is very nice. My dilemma is price - if rent stays the same I will probably stay - cannot afford higher rent. My apartment is immaculate - I just wish they would clean the windows front side on first floor - from sprinklers and rain the windows are very dirty with green stuff . I take pride in both the interior and exterior of my apartment - sweeping, cleaning my front door, etc.

After doing extensive research and making comparisons with other properties in the area with regard to location, price per square footage, layout, safety, cleanliness, reviews and professionalism, I was very drawn to Bell Parkland. I will admit that the overall experience has been great and I'm very pleased. And, I'll admit I am very particular about my surroundings and where I live. Great place - great staff!!
