I love the up keeping of the entire facility, the gym, the pool, the conference area. There is also the social events like the weekly activities, the monthly search game (awesome idea).

Had a broken dishwasher for over a month long and was only "fixed" for TWO WEEKS now its broken again and they give us run around when we ask them to come look at it. Told "we cant even tell you a day we will come look at it" even though they promise its at top of list. We have three kids and a newborn so dishwasher for bottles is extremely important. They let the water sit at bottom of dishwasher for the entire month and smelt absolutely horrid. Now we are on day 3 after telling them the standing water is back and its not working. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

We really had the runaround with Edgewater!! My husband had a job transferred from Texas to Panama City. We inquired about a three bedroom. 4 WEEKS they had us in limbo. Every time I would call for an update they would let me know everything looks good, and they were waiting on the property managers approval!! 99.9% of the time you couldnt even get them on the phone they did not return voicemails or emails. They wasted so much of our time when we couldve been looking for another place!! Crystal who seems to be the only one that answers the phone when you can get through, can never get her story straight when you ask a question. After driving 10 hours from Texas because of what they put us through, we had to rent an Airbnb until we find a place. If youre looking to rent here I would highly suggest going somewhere else!! Please I highly also encourage to read other peoples reviews!!! This place is so lost and they dont even know what theyre doing! When we finally made our journey to Florida we came in to pick out our deposit and they handed us someone elses $3000 check!
