I've never lived in such a dirty place.

Place is not kept up at all, , dogs pee in the hallway , maintenance is awful!!! Halls and stairways are filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It should have zero stars. Bug infestation, constantly asking for an exterminator but no one ever comes. Horrible mold because the AC unit leaks all hours. Weve continuously asked to have it fixed and they just say theyll get around to it. Nobodys dog is on a leash and there is dog poop everywhere. Cheap fixtures and appliances.

Looks like they disabled reviews there, so posting here where it cannot be removed: Upon move out (lease ended Oct 31, moved out Oct 27), left forwarding address for our final statement to be sent. Never received. Called a couple of days ago and was told they would email us the final statement. Never received email. Yesterday and today I get calls from a collection agency.....WHAT!? They dont send me a final bill, but send me to collections!? The collection agency they use, IQ Data Collection (reps name Sierra) horribly rude, and she also decided it was ok to call my DAUGHTER in Waco, TX and harass her as well - my daughter is not and never was on the lease. The complex doesnt have my daughters phone number on file. Called the management company (JRK Residential) and talked to them about it as well. Was told by Carolina that our final moveout statement was generated Nov. 2. She tried to tell me that since we moved out on the 27th, the 30 day clock to be sent to collections started then. How do you start the clock on that BEFORE youve even generated our final bill? Crazy. While we lived there, our dog was attacked twice by dogs not on leashes on the property. I called the office about it, but nothing ever happens. In fact, Ive witnessed staff out on property walking by residents with their dogs off leash, and they say and do nothing. The stairwells are always laden with beer cans and trash, and often sprinkled with dog urine or feces. The security gates worked for all of 5 days of my year and a half of living there. Yet they have no issue charging $40 for security cards for the gates. Once a guy in the parking lot approached me to ask if he could pay me for my dog to have puppies!? Then he asked me if I wanted to buy a gun. Not joking. I was like naw, man. Im good. And briskly walked away.

Beautiful place, great location and amenities. Management that can not be trusted and their word means nothing. Even when you meet with them in person. Look at other reviews; they will tell you one thing but charge you another when you leave. One person may be a disgruntled rentor; several saying the same thing are probably on to something. My son met with management and was given a fee to leave. This tripled and was turned over to a collection agency before we were aware there was an amount due. They changed their minds two times. No matter how beautiful a place is if management cant abide by their own agents words then they are not the place you want to be.
