What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Palm Harbor

We are a condo/villa neighborhood set in beautiful landscaping. We have a beautiful community pool & people are always out & about! Publix & Target are close by with fast food restaurants & my favorite Casa Cozenza

Lots of grocery stores.lots of bars and restaurants but all are pretty expensive.i like going to affordable sports bar for a day of football

It is quiet and well maintained. It is an over 55 community. This survey is much longer than needed

I like going to the beach. Nothing unique but it is near a coffee shop! Its ok to live here but the area has been invaded with undesirables figuring the cops wont notice them here.

Its not unique at all. We go to the beach a lot. To the breweries and restaurants. Its very beachy.

The downtown of my neighborhood is very comfortable and has cute little shops that express the feel of home. My neighborhood is small enough that I know most people and are friendly with them but they aren't too personal and intrusive.
