Me and my fiance moved into these apartment about an month ago and we both regret it. 1. When we moved into these apartment it smelled like cigarettes (from maintenance people) 2. Our corner top has stains and pulling and cabinets are old and falling apart (we was not giving the corner tops we seen in the model we was shown) now me and my fiance has to put vinyl down on the cabinets and corner to make it look decent 3. Our apartment continuously smells like weed from the person who stays on top of us which i dont understand why told the office and they response is theres nothing they can do about it 4. Our apartment started leaking from the ceiling and inside by the ac unit all they was going to do is patch it up 5. They gave us our apartment dirty, hair was found in tub on toilet seat we replaced the toilet seat and to discover feces under it, patio area where you can plant has dirty rags etc in the dirt 6. Our door to cover the ac is completely nasty and was full of dust. Now we are looking to broke our lease or save to move into an house i WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE... VERY UNHAPPY WE MOVED HERE FROM MADALYN LANDING TO SAVE MONEY DUE TO THE FACT THEY RENT IS GOING SKY HIGH..... and these apartments are not worth the price at all!!!!

Maintenance takes awhile to fix issues, carpet is very cheap.
