These two bit oxygen thieves simply want your money. I pray that an undercover health inspector visits these premises unannounced because my next correspondence about this place is to HUD. They repeatedly changed our move in date. Then when we moved in, they had nerve enough to NOT have completed needed repairs even though they knew we had signed a lease. As someone else has also commented, they place they show you is nice but when you finally get your space, it leaves much to be desired. The only reason I accepted the place is that I would have been homeless otherwise. I am utterly appalled by the condition of the place. There needs to be and will be accountability at the management level if I have something to do with it. You are not going to take my money and think I will be silent when this place needs much attention.

Management staff is pathetic and always ready to make money. They charge cash; even other society/ apartment take care of day to day maintenance activity. You will surprise every few months about additional charges; for example, they have started earning on the internet. Till now internet charges was 45$ but now need to pay to Trails at loma 90$ per month. Also, they have increased rent during the pandemic time. Beware of coming Trails at Loma if you want to save your money and want to get services in a better way !!

They fail to inform potential residents that their names must be printed on their government pay stubs. Apartments they show you are not listed to choose on the application. They change your move in date.

This place have bad customer service!! They dont care about there residence and the maintenance staff does not know what theyre doing!!! they cant figure out how to put a blade onto a ceiling fan which is very shameful and if you have a complaint and call the office the service just keeps rerouting you around in circles until you just get tired and give up !!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody !!

Bad maintenance. Two pools and they are constantly BOTH closed. Trash piles up at the compactor all the time because they do not empty it often enough. This leads to whirlwinds of litter all over the plan.
