The apartments and the property are terrific. Staff needs training. Not all of them need this extra tutoring, just one. But shes been consistently rude and condescending. When you have staff that doesnt make you feel welcome its an issue to pay $2000 plus monthly. We have been treated poorly by the same person from start to finish of lease so its managements issue now. Sorry but try elsewhere for a long term solution.

This is a wonderful place to live. It is always so beautifully maintained and quiet. The staff are incredibly professional and helpful! Being so close to the park and all the surrounding eateries are a bonus too.

Staff polite, efficient and pleasant Park Place Apartments are clean and well managed, as well as being in a great position - close to shops and highways. Love living here.

Very expensive but nice amenities. If you rent here, try to avoid being by the main thoroughfares as it is very noisy, at all hours of the day and night. Not good for light sleepers.
