Filled with dread from day 1 (filthy tub; loud freezer 3 sleepless months to fix -audio attached). Horrible management (check out other nearby like-named places.) Unbelievably, they outright ignore work orders/emails/cries for help; pets not safe (maintenance/pest-control has barged in 3 times); appliances wonky: 2-cycle dryer, fridge doesn't close properly, loose washer agitator = MANY rinses (I pity next tenants for this and for barking/jumping dogs above and rock concerts/fighting below); infuriatingly dishonest sales pitch (utility fees, "vacant electric fee" not pre-disclosed.) Charged TWICE $200 deposit, held it a month, reprimanded me for complaining. Over-flowing dumpsters. Dredge through sand on way to apt. READ THE REVIEWS and notice the good ones are NOT from tenants!

the worst! dont move here! these new folks go into your apt with NO NOTICE nor a real reason! noting was on fire or leaking WHY YALL THERE???!!!?? no note!!! i found out because someone else told me
