I moved in the townhome in March 2023 and noticed the ceiling was leaking. It took until June before roofers came out and recently noticed after Hurricane Idalia that it is still leaking. We put in a request to home office the day after Hurricane and a week and a half later we have not heard from office or anyone. I asked to speak with manager yesterday and she has not called me. I recently gave birth and I'm concerned of potential mold since the roof has been leaking this long. We spend a little less than 3k a month and this is an example of the customer service and living conditions.
